apple updates

Hello, how do I update my macbook pro to OS X 10.12? It does not show up in the app store for me. I currently have OS X 10.10.5

Links here cover how to upgrade to OS X 10.11 El Capitan, or to macOS 10.13 High Sierra, or to macOS 10.14 Mojave.

Most any Mac that can run OS X 10.12 Sierra can also and usually should run High Sierra. Or Mojave, if it can.
