USB issue Macbook Air (Early 2015)

I have an issue with my MacBook Air USB port. It can connect to my mouse and etc. but fails when I connect to IPad and my phone.

I tried using different cable but it just doesn't work. Similarly for SMC reset (Im not sure if I did the correct steps but I did it as stated above)
