My iPhone X has stopped ringing – only vibrates to notify of an incoming call – and I've exhausted all suggested remedies. Any help in resolving this issue would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Did you check the mute switch on the side of the phone by the volume buttons?

Uh, yep, that was spot on. Have never used the mute button, and using an Otter Box, it was nicely hidden. Many thanks KiltedTim.
