Any such apps are scams in the iPhone.
Because of the way the iPhone operates, it make such apps useless. Uninstall it.

I am curious where you downloaded the App? And what is the name of this app?
If you did not jailbreak your phone, you can’t get a virus. Why do you think you have a virus?

I downloaded this app that “detected” 39 malware virus. I don’t know if it’s true or not.
It’s called “Armor: internet protection” it costs 10 dollars to supposedly “clean” my phone.

It is not true. Immediately delete whatever app is telling you that. At best it's useless. At worst, it's some sort of scam- or adware.
