I didn't purchase any apps or music from ITUNES. So Why am I being billed and money taking from my bank account

You are not talking to Apple here. This is a user to user support forum in which Apple employees have limited participation. You need to contact your bank to find out what is going on or look here for help.

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
