Can I keep my files only on the icloud

I think there's something fundamental that I'm not getting....

I'm switching over from Google Play.

I would like to keep ALL of my music on the icloud, without having a copy on my machine. This way I could upload from multiple drives without having to keep one giant mega-collection on a single machine.

Is this something I can do? I can pretty easily sync my itunes library with the cloud, but I guess what I want is to go cloud only, skipping the library part.
