My computer says MacOS could not be installed. The installer resources gave expired. It keeps telling me to quit the installer to restart the computer and try again. But when I restart it, all it does it goes back to this page.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
