XS MAX SHUT DOWN

My iPhone Xs Max has shut down and won't turn on, I have tried to hard reset it by holding the volume buttons quickly and then holding onto the power button but it still wont restart, what do I do ?

I have the XR and the same thing happened to me. I spoke to the geek squad, they told me that they couldn't do anything and would just need to send it to apple, they also told me that if I took it to the Apple Store they would just send it off also. so I just mailed it out to apple today. Said it will take up to 5 days to receive my phone back or they will send another one. Hopefully its covered under warranty
