how can i reverse/flip the order of the information on a spreadsheet

I've imported a spreadsheet onto my mac, however the order runs from newest down the sheet to oldest, how can i flip this information so that it runs with the oldest entry at the top dow to the newest (bot to include the corresponding data cells that run along the row. I have tried to do this and only succeeded in reversing the date order of the first column

select any cell in the table you want to sort. I made the first row a header row in my table

Since I want to sort by column "A" (Day), hover the cursor over the column header (the "A") then click the down-pointing triangle, and select "Sort Descending"

This will sort the whole table according to the column you selected
