Speaker is not working
The speakers automatically stopped working but however i can hear everything properly with use of earphones

Have you checked the volume level is not set to 0% for other apps than your ringtones?

Definitely understand. I actually had an issue like this once and the problem was relegated to my earphone jack. Which phone is this?
you can check when you unplug your headphones, does the music stop playing? The volume should change on the device as well.
Yes i checked, it rings the sounds are perfect. But it doesnt work with any music app or any videos.. not even the voice memos that has been saved.
Yea its not set at 0.. atleast when i increase the volume it should be heard.. its still not working.
It sounds like your speaker has been damaged. Have you check it while trying to play music vs phone call?
