why am i being charged twice a month for iTunes?

What shows on the account's purchase history, what are you being charged twice for (there is no charge just for using iTunes, nor is there a subscription to iTunes) ? If you are being charged twice for the same thing contact iTunes Support ?
All of the charges state Apple iTunes, and they are about a week apart from each other every month. One charge is for $12.86 and the other is for $16.08. I have tried to contact support and the line disconnects me every time. I know that one of the charges is for Apple Music family subscription but i have no idea what the other one is for.
