Music Question

Hi guys..

I have searched and read about apple music and cannot find the help I need.

I have an iTunes account, my daughter has her own account, and my son has his own account.

I want to get apple music for family because all three of us pay monthly for the single.

Is this possible without them losing their purchases? Your help will be very appreciated.

thanks

Yes, that is possible. Each family member joins the Family Sharing group with their own individual Apple ID. The Family Sharing organizer gets/changes to the Apple Music Family subscription, and the other Individual subscriptions expire at the end of their current billing period. The group members keep their own iCloud Music Libraries.

Make a decision if you want purchase sharing to be part of the Family Sharing services, too. If you do, then the organizer gets the bills for all group purchases. So work that out amongst yourselves. It is a separate On|Off setting.
