I am not able to see shared photos on the web app on my macbook pro. i see them fine on my iphone.
I've turned the Shared option on in System Preferences>Photos>Options but still not working. I've confirmed that I am using the same User Account on both devices.
MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14
Note : Same admin name and password are never created in both different Mac , the admin name and password should be always different .
For any one of Mac create a new admin account see this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mtusr001/mac
And change the password for admin account https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT202860
Then log out from original admin account , then sign with new admin name and new password .

Shared albums are not stored in your iCloud space or visible on iCloud.com.
They are only visible in an iOS/macOS photo app or if you created one, the public website.
