hacked apple id
someone has logged in with my apple id on numerous occasions, i have changed my password twice but how do i make sure i log them out so they cant get back into my account?

Changing the password should log them out until the next time they guess the password. Are you sharing your password with anyone? You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
