Unauthorized charge

My card was charged for an iTunes purchase and I did not make that charge. I need to get my money back and put back on my card.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it.
