I cancelled my Apple Music subscription months ago but I'm still getting charged, why? And how do I fix it?

First, confirm you successfully cancelled it and see if there are other subscriptions (Apps?) charging you:

For help with recurring charges, you can view, change, or cancel your subscriptions

and check your purchase history to see exactly what these charges were for
