My iPhone 7 recently started restarting on its own and when I got to settings to connect to WiFi, it won’t let me click on it

I followed almost every solution I read online, from holding down volume button and home buttons, to resetting network and deleting everything to factory settings and it still does not let me connect to WiFi... and it also keeps restarting on its own, how do I fix this? I’m using a lot of my data just trying to figure this out.
