Can’t play the downloaded music

I joined the family plan of Apple Music yesterday. Then I started to download the songs total about 1GB. Today, when I started the first time to play the songs. No song could play . And I had tried to delete all the song, but the phone lag every time. And I had tried to download the app again. That’s useless.

What should I do?

downloaded songs the songs are always stopping after 15 seconds, i did everything: signed out of my icloud and signed back in, un download the songs and downloaded them back, deleted the app and downloaded it back but nothing seems to work. im not liking the app!!

Apple Music Won’t Play On My IPhone Soooooo. I can’t play my Apple music on my phone from my library but I can on laptop. I pay a subscription every month. When I press play it kicks me out of Apple Music and takes me back to my Home Screen. It has been doing this for the last 2 days. I done the latest phone update this morning that didn’t fix it. And I have turned the phone off and on again. Still hasn’t fixed it. I can’t go into Apple Music and play music either. Any ideas 🤷‍♀️ I still have heaps of storage. I Have gone into subscription and that is ✅ Help 😏

Start by resetting network settings

General - Reset- Reset Network Settings
