Can’t play the downloaded music

I joined the family plan of Apple Music yesterday. Then I started to download the songs total about 1GB. Today, when I started the first time to play the songs. No song could play . And I had tried to delete all the song, but the phone lag every time. And I had tried to download the app again. That’s useless.

What should I do?
