force constant volme in ios12

When I play any playlist in iTunes i notice that some songs are too loud and some too quiet. Yes, I can change the volume but it’s a pain on the treadmill. Is there a setting that forces a constant volume?

Go to Settings>Music>Sound Check>ON Sound Check, EQ, and volume limit settings on iPhone - Apple Support
