Hi apple support,

My name is Nabila, and i have a problem regarding my payments methods they are not accepted and my country is not unclouded in you system so please can you tell me what to do because i am lost.

unclouded = included?

If Apple doesn't have an App Store/iTunes in your country, payment methods from your country will not be accepted.
