AirPods will not connect to my phone anymore

My AirPods will not connect to my phone anymore, I had to forget them because they wouldn’t connect and now they won’t pop up on my Bluetooth.

AirPods won't connect to iPhone. My AirPods (2nd gen) are not connecting to any of my devices. My AirPods won’t connect to my phone and I have no clue why so I got some new gen 3 AirPods and they connected at first but the left one wasn’t working at one point so I like disconnected it from my iPhone to restart it now they won’t connect when I try to reconnect them .
