I have tried to get the last subscription that I was billed for off and no luck-I would like a refund bc I don’t use that app-I want it disconnected

If you have an active subscription, you will be billed, even if you don't use it and even if you uninstall the app. If you don't want the subscription, you must cancel it per these steps:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions
