How can I update my OS X 10.9.5

Hi

I bought a second hand Mac Pro and the operating system is OS X 10.9.5.

I was wondering how can I update it to higher version (OS X 10.14 or Mojave) cuz some of apps wont be installed in old version.

I installed all updates but the operating system is still the same.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which Mac model you have, download El Capitan, High Sierra, or Mojave from the Mac App Store.
