No ring on phone
My phone is not ringing. The silent button on the side is off, so is there something I'm missing
Is there another button I may have it that is causing this?

Perhaps it's a hardware issue (or that switch has lint or debris inside and isn't working fine). Try moving it(enabling/disabling) 3-4 times. If you get no improvements, have your device inspected at an Apple Store.
