Photos not syncing with icloud photos after reinstall of Mac OS

OS, I reinstalled MacOS following a hd wipe on my Macbook Air. My photos are not syncing, I have verified icloud photos are on in System Preferences and that the icloud settings in photos preferences are correct.


Any way to force a sync?

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

Disregard. It seems it just needed a little time to start syncing.
