MacBook Air will not turn on
My MacBook Air will not turn on. I have tried holding shift-control-option-power and it still will not turn on.

Check out this Apple article and the Magsafe Power Adapter Troubleshooting article.
If the battery has been left completely discharged, then the laptop may not power on while the battery is connected.
You may have some other hardware issue which may require service.
