App Store Disappeared

My sons App Store disappeared on his phone. We have restored it and it still doesn't pop up.

The usual reason is that a restriction has been set on iTunes and App Store purchases. See: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
