Purchased music is gone
I closed my monthly service account but, the music that I had purchased is now gone, from all devices.

That is normal. you were not buying the music. You were buying the right to listen to it. Any songs or albums you did purchase that were not part of the subscription should be there. open iTunes Store app>go to "more" on the bottom>select purchased>music>recent purchase and in the top right it should have "download all"
