Charges for apple music

Hi, i recently checked my bank account and for the past 8 or so months i realized i have been getting charged 3 times a month for apple music. I am set up with a student account and it does 2 $4.99 charges and 1 $0.99 charges a month. This is ridiculous and i need it solved now.

The charges must be for something else.
