Transfer video recorded on iPhone to Windows

How can I transfer video recorded on iPhone, 240fps / 1080. When transferred to windows, quality is lost 2-3 times.

See Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. The transferred copies should be in the original quality.

Please download from iCloud will be faster and safe too.
