I am having issues with unlocking my watch from the water lock position. I have tried turning off the device, restarting the device, as well as running it under warm, running water, and nothing has worked. Is there another process to do? Or am I missing something?

Try turning the crown real fast counterclockwise.
If it still won't work, you may need to take it into an Apple Store for diagnostics.

Make sure you are giving it enough turns. It takes several turns to turn it off.

What happens when you turn the digital crown?
