Doubtful, but you can use a traditional USB-A to USB-C adapter in conjunction with the iPod's own 30 pin cable.


The 30 pin cable ends in a regular USB connector.

If its an older iPod Classic that uses Firewire rather than USB, then it can sync using a normal 30pin to USB cable, but will not charge through it.
