So i'm trying to put a live photo but it doesn't work on my phone(iphone xr) i was wondering if u guys could help me?
I guess you mean to put it as a wallpaper but it's not supported on the iPhone XR since it doesn't have 3D Touch

You can't. Live Wallpapers are not supported by the Xr because the Xr doesn't feature 3D Touch.
Live Wallpapers are featured on the iPhone 6s (Plus) and later, except iPhone SE and iPhone Xr.
