I have purchased my apple watch and iphone from USA. Right now I am living in Bangladesh for work purpose and I will be living here for 7-8 more months. But whenever I try to set Atrial Fibrillation feature through "Set up irregular rhythm notifications in Health" it says "Irregular rhythm notifications are not available in your region". I tried by changing region from my iPhone and apple watch. Pls help.

I have purchased the device from USA. Why can't I use it? I will be living here for another 8-9 months. Does it mean that I won't be able to use it here in Bangladesh during my stay? This is ridiculous. I will not be in USA until next year.
You will not be able to access this feature until such time as it becomes authorized in your Region.
