Apple watch 4 GPS + Cellular to my Iphone 5S?

Is there any way to use Apple watch 4 GPS+Cellular model with my iPhone 5S?

I will never use LTE on phone or watch either, so is there any way to pair it and utilize it?

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

No, the minimum specification is iPhone 6.

And as just a heads up, with the release of iOS 13 and watchOS 6 this fall, it will require an iPhone 6s at minimum. All models of Watch will be updatable.
