If you can't charge your iPad, try a different charging cable/charging brick and see if anything in these two articles help:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If nothing works from either article, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
