Cellular Update Failed

Can someone please tell me how will I fix my phone? It says "Your Iphone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated." I tried everything that I've seen in google but it didn't work. please help me

cellular update failed I noticed after I updated to iOS 14 my phone has been having cellular data connectivity issues.
