Trying to update payment methods at iTunes app store
When I tap manage payment my old debit card number can't be edited and I can't add a card number or put my new debit card number in
iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Remove the old, invalid card. If you’re missing information, get it from the financial institution that issued the card.
