i recently accidentally dropped my phone 7 in bath water and it was only in for a second before i pulled it out and i figured it was fine i charged it and went to bed but i woke up in the morning and the front camera is all foggy can i fix that or can apple? or do i have to get a new phone?

Your device is ruined and you need a new one.
The iPhone 7 should be water resistant, it is meant to survive things like this as it was only for a second. Maybe talk to the apple store so they can have a look at why it got damaged
