Someone used my ID on a device not mine!
Just got a message when I opened my ipad that my apple id had been used to sign into facetime on a device ‘iPad 4’ that I do not have registered as mine. What do I do?

If that isn't the name of your iPad check to see where the account is logged in : Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support
And if need be change the account's password and enabled two-factor authentication on it
