Landscape mode?

How do you switch to landscape mode on an Ipad Air 3?

If you’re using software version 12...you can scroll down from the top right of your screen and see various settings. Like volume, brightness, flashlight, airplane mode, etc. If the small icon that looks like a lock 🔒 is lit up you’ve “locked” on portrait mode. Click that icon and it should allow you to use landscape mode when you turn your iPad to that position.
