LEAVE MACBOOK PLUGGED IN TO POWER?

Can I leave my MacBook Pro plugged in to the power even when battery is fully charged when using it at home? Will this harm the battery? Cheers

Yes you can leave it plugged in. This will not harm the battery. It will not overcharge and will save battery cycles.
