I have tried to upload a picture on facebook from my Photos. I first went to my facebook page, then upload photo option, then Photo Library option is grayed out in the selection. How can I fix it?

Do not try to select the Photos Library directly in the Pictures folder. That will not work.
In the upload window that opens scroll down, until you are seeing the "Media" section in the sidebar.
Click "Photos" below Media, then select the Photos Library and wait for your Photos Albums to show. It may take a while.
Uploading Photos to Facebook does not work!
