Cannot use my ID to unlock my Apple Watch

i just u want to move my watch to my new phone but when i pair it,

its showed cannot be used my id to unlock my watch

That watch is definitely tied to a yahoo.com address. Do you still have the "old" iPhone.

You are not using the correct Apple ID to unlock the watch, as stated in:

...the Apple ID associated with that watch is a yahoo.com username.

yes,

but when i unpair it in my old phone it was ok, thats why i dont know what wrong when i pair it again in my new phone,even i only use gmail apple id. not yahoo.
