Sound goes off iPhone XS
My phone is on iOS 12.3.1 and I am experiencing a bug with the sound. I’ve had to restart twice today because the phone would not play any sound at all.

Since your device is still covered by warranty, I would suggest that you make an appointment at an Apple Store or AASP, and have your iPhone inspected:
