Can the activity app show actual steps taken daily?

other threads indicate that you need to look at iPhone. So can steps be added to activity app?

Yes its in your health app on the phone under the today tab.

But in the apple watch activity app you need to sync the health app on your iphone.

Thanks. It looks like they are synced however I still can’t see steps on the watch

Yes you can see steps. Open activity app. Make sure scroll across to get started. Then after hitting get started scroll down to see steps. Woohoo
