Icelandic Keyboard for laptops

Does apple actually make icelandic built in keyboards for macbooks? How do people buy these, can they only buy them through an authorised reseller, and can only apple resellers buy them? There isn't an "Apple Iceland" website and no other countries' apple websites have icelandic as an option, at least that i've looked through.

I somehow got my own Icelandic keyboard when I asked for one to replace my Danish keyboard while my laptop was having a full topcase replacement.
