I can no longer get my movies on Apple TV

Since the new changes to itunes (not happy) I discovered I now no longer have access to all my movies that I had in my iTunes library on ATV, only purchased movies. Does anyone know another way to get all the 100's of movies that I have in my library? I'm pretty annoyed by all this so if anyone has suggestions please let me know.
