how to open ultra beat

just wondering how to open up ultra beat in logic. Just bought Logic Pro x and reading up about ultra beat, wanna get started but don't know how to open it. I've found lots of info on how to use it but not how to find it. ?? I did see a post on here saying to get there through 'arrange' button but I also can't see arrange button.
