When downloading the software update for my iPhone 5s was complete, I press the “install” button but after 2-3 minutes this notes appears on the screen:

an error occurred to updating to ios 12.3.1)

i update ios 12.3.1 in my iphone 7 after this My mobile gone restart after every one hour when i use it automatically can you help me out .
The problem is absolutely same for me. I even have tried with iTunes but didn't work.
I want to down load a game that requires IOS 12 or better. I have 10.3.3 that says it is updated. Can I update to 12?
